Sam Wilson deals with life after returning from the Blip, while Bucky Barnes deals with life for the first time after his battles are over. Meanwhile, an international militia called the Flag Smashers are trying to eliminate all national borders, and will do anything to accomplish their goals.

Power Broker

Bucky and Sam help Zemo escape prison, so that he can help them track the Super Soldier serum in Madripoor. There, they meet an old friend, and she helps them find the creator of the new serum. Captain America and Battlestar track the Flag Smashers, and realize that they need help.

The Whole World is Watching

Sam, Bucky, and Zemo try to get a lead on Karli and the Flag Smashers. Meanwhile, Captain America and Battlestar follow the trail of the revolutionaries as well, while the Dora Milaje come looking for Zemo with plans to take him back to prison.

Truth

After bringing down Walker, Sam and Bucky go their separate ways. But Bucky reunites with Sam in Louisiana, and after meeting with Isaiah, Sam train with the shield to become the next Captain America and stop the Flag Smashers.
